Friendly staff

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Location is great and overall the property was clean and updated. Our room had some dusty corners and I found someone’s vape behind the curtain so maybe could’ve been a little cleaner but over all it was fine. My kids loved the breakfast.

I have always enjoyed my stays at Hampton unfortunately there was a motorcycle rally, a children football tournament and a children’s softball tournament. The hotel had children running everywhere screaming and yelling and the motorcycles were loud with music and riding the bike all night. We drove up Friday for a quick weekend with friends but had no rest during the trip. Hotel tried to accommodate but with all that it wasn’t much they could do. Thanks to the front desk attendant we were able to get a late checkout so we could get some sleep before driving back to Atlanta. I hate I did not get her name because she handled a lot of guess complaints this morning very gracefully.

We had an emergency we had to be at. Needed a room last minute. They were very nice and let us check in early , we had not slept in about 30 hours and were drained. We left early as well. We left the hotel at 3 pm to go home. It was very clean and breakfast looked and smelled good as we were checking in. But way too tired to eat it.

The room was nice and clean. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful when I checked in. The pool water was warm so I didn't freeze when I got out. The breakfast was good. My only complaint would be one of the beds in my room was very noisy. It sounded like the box springs was broken. Otherwise, a very nice stay.
