Our room was practically glued together. The facing to the AC unit fell on my foot (completely unprovoked) and the bed made a noise every time you touched it. This was a sleepless night and definitely not the quality of room I would expect for such a high fair.

No food No TV

No TV. Called front desk was told they would look into it. Did not call us to follow up or state they were working on problem. End of night and in morning STILL NO TV. Went to breakfast and it was about half stocked. Out of omelettes, potatoes, milk, creamer, muffins, and some utensils. Premium room rates with poor service and amenities. Will not stay again. Could have stayed 2 blocks away for half the cost. Overall rating 2 of 5 and that’s being generous!

It was convenient for you if you are going to the Kentucky Performance Theater. The breakfast was delicious and they had snacks in the lobby. Rooms were clean.

I was overall very happy with my stay. The location and the prices were the most attractive for my two night stay. I showed up right at check in time and was told my room was not quite ready so I was upgraded to an upper floor king room. My room and facilities were clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
