Disappointing stay

First off i have to say we have stayed at a lot of embassy suites over the years. This hotel was by far the most out dated. The carpet was a patchwork mess. The curtains looked like swiss cheese and they were stained and dirty. The toilet and cabinet in the bathroom was super low so it was very hard on my back and knees. There was a random hole near the ceiling of my toom. The tub was stained and dirty looking. The shower curtain was stained. The sink near the refrigerator was crusted around the fixtures. The refrigerator was leaky. The curtains were ripped and hanging off the wall. The light fixtures in the bathroom were rusted. The bathroom was tiny and you had to stand on one side of the toilet to open the door. The couch and the chair in the room was dated and old. The carpet in the room was old and worn and the room had a musty smell. All of the staff that we encountered from the front desk. Breakfast staff and housekeeping were all amazing and this hotel's saving grace. Based on these things we will no longer be staying at Hilton hotel brand.

I have been in Embassy Suites for many years , and somehow has been my favorite chain, specially if you go with family has lots of space to move. My recent stay I was a little surprise with lacks of service: breakfast was served until 9 Am, and right at 9, everything would disappear including coffee!!! And most morning we would miss it . The famous happy hours at evening has been demoted to the bone! Just some chips and chips, and Hamas, drinks are served with coupons ( two drinks per person). No lunch served, and practically every service is trimmed to the bone . Rooms as usual are roomy and clean, but living room furniture looks like the furniture in cheap antique shops!!! I remember seeing there 30 years ago!!!! Rates were very fair, and bottom line it worth your money without any vibe!!
