Breakfast was really good. Outside pool was clean. Staff were very helpfull. Near many beaches with warm water (Seagull & Craigville) ; Lots of great & memorable mini-putt courses around. Many dining options. We used to stay in Eastham but this resort made us discover the south part of Cape Cod who is great.

I thought everything was fine My friend says she found hair in the shower and thought the outside carpeting and stairs needed vaccuming She is a bit of a fanatic It was great and would definitely stay there again Staff all very friendly Great breakfast Price reasonable

Very nice area and big property offering many things. Only wish they had laundry services and also the toilet in our room was wobbly but it functioned.

Location was good to get around the mid-cape but that’s it. Service on the rooms were sparse even after requesting service. Pillows were limited to 4 only! Breakfast lady was guarding the tongs. Food quality C- Front desk D+, housekeeping D-, Ice machine out for 3 days!?!?! One machine for the whole facility. D+ A/C did work. No smart tv options. Prob not returning.

Ok for the money

The room was clean-ish. The motel is good for the the money, but could really use a renovation. The pool looked really nice, tho. The breakfast was ok. The the staff were all nice. If your looking for a cheap stay on the Cape, this might be ok.

The property was located so close to restaurants and other things to do! 10 minute walk to the ocean! And when I needed a new microwave they got us a brand new one by the time we got back!

It’s a great resort! Especially for your kids! They have a park! The only thing is, it gets very muddy. The rooms are good but need a dehumidifier because everything feels wet. Would stay there again beaches are very close!

I wouldn’t stay there no more

I like it but the beds was terrible the pillow were uncomfortable to much noise at night people with cookouts I never seen that we down stairs we heard a lot noise at night peoples did what ever want also called front desk no body picked up at there no 24 service.

You can see the money that went into updating this property in terms of room furnishings. But there were a few things that stood out (missing seal at the bottom of the entry door, bathroom layout and finishes. Can’t expect too much for the price). But regardless, we enjoyed our stay. Lots to choose from for breakfast, and dining area it was in was immaculate. Had a very attentive breakfast staff. The common areas were by far the best amenity. The fire pits, outdoor pool, grills and courts. It was nice to have the outdoor space to go to and relax and enjoy. Being centrally located was a plus. Will stay here again!
