We liked the proximity to West Yellowstone and the entrance to Yellowstone. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. We had a room with an adjoining door. We could hear our neighbors' TV and could even understand their conversations. Luckily they settled down around the time we did, but it felt quite intrusive.

The staff was amazing from check in to check out. They were super helpful and very friendly. Also the amenities were above and beyond what we expected from the larger mini fridge and ample storage in the room to the breakfast choices with 24 hour coffee. Our room and the public areas were super clean, I have never seen a cleaner laundry area! We will be sure to recommend to all our friends.

Wonderful stay for 3 nights very close to the west entrance to Yellowstone. Great staff who were all super helpful and responsive to everything. Beds were super comfortable and roomy. Room was well appointed and very clean. Breakfast was free with plenty of options. We would stay here again for sure!

Mostly good

At first was surprised at how far out of town this place was (gotta read more closely!), but once we were familiar with the area, the 7 mile drive into town for dinner was no big deal. However, no elevator was a big deal for me. In addition to hearing departing guests bang their suitcases down the stairs, I have a bad knee and stairs, while not impossible, are slow going for me. I’m sure I could have requested a first floor room but wanted to save those for people who truly can’t do stairs. Staff was very friendly and responsive; breakfast was adequate; laundry facilities were very nice and clean.
