I was there for a funeral of my sister The check-in was excellent staff was excellent The price was fair The only complaint was the room had a faint musty smell but clean staff was very polite location was good.

Bedbugs room 207, my family got at this place at 6am, paid $25 for early check-in, at 8am if found 4 bedbugs on the bed where our baby slept, I immediately packed, and booked another place. So we did not stay for the night even, front desk refuse to refund money, claiming that they need to send an inspection to room which takes several days. Place is dated, smells weed everywhere, elevators are scary.
