The room was in disarray. All was old and broken. Nothing worked right. I checked out after a day and went to a different hotel that was exceptionally better for the same rate……. I’m truly disappointed. I asked the front desk to credit me for the time not used and they refused because supposedly I paid in advance to a third party ( you ) …. Very disappointed

The door on room #115 did not close properly lock was broken , upon checking we ask for another room , staff Maria was extremely rode, hung on on Expedia who was trying to get us. Refund, she wouldn’t talk to us, we didn’t stay and lost our money. For a whole week the manager still has yet to respond to messages or call us back!

I’ve probably not stayed in a worse hotel. The bed springs were coming through. The safe didn’t work. The bath didn’t drain very well so ended up with a lot of water during a shower There was ALOT of people hanging out the back of the hotel that were smoking drugs. The fire alarm went off one night for no reason in the middle of the night. The lift had error lights on. If there was anything positive was that the aircon worked albeit noisy. There was a working fridge and microwave and the room was serviced every day. Desperately in need of complete renovation.
