Interior Description

As you step into the expansive hallway of the house, you'll find doors leading to the bathroom and bedroom, along with a short three-step staircase that ascends to the bright living room with an open kitchen. The living room is airy and inviting, furnished with a sofa, two chairs, and a flat-screen TV. It also includes a sleeping area with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) that can be combined to form a double bed.
The country-style kitchen is fully equipped, boasting a dishwasher, a 4-burner gas stove, a refrigerator with a freezer, a combination microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a Nespresso machine, and a filter coffee maker. The bathroom is complete with a toilet, a sink with a base cabinet, a mirror, and a shower. Additionally, there’s a separate bedroom furnished with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). You can choose to wake up with the morning sun streaming in or enjoy a darker room with the blackout curtains.
The hallway includes a cupboard, and the living room features a large wardrobe with hanging and shelving space. A high chair and a folding cot are also provided in the apartment. Parking is available right in front of the house on the street, with free parking throughout the village.

Staying in the village center of quiet Westkapelle means that everything is close by the bakery, butcher, bike rental, restaurants, and terraces are all within a few minutes' walking distance. The supermarket and the beach are 50 meters away. When you stand on the dike you look out over the characteristic red roofs of the village. Go seal spotting at the rescue brigade station, where the animals regularly poke their heads above water. Climb one of the two lighthouses in the village, discover the rich history of the dikes and the war history in the Polderhuis, or walk 12 kilometers on the sandy beach from Westkapelle to Vlissingen. The seawall offers a typical sight: here the fishermen with their long lines are waiting for a catch and cars, campers and cyclists drive over the asphalt with the waves on one side and the red and white lighthouse on the other. At the end of this dike, where the sandy beach of Domburg begins, is a well-known kitesurfing spot for advanced surfers.

Daily arrivals are available, except Sundays.
