This home offers a wrap around deck, panoramic views of the lake from the living room and dining room, WiFi, cable TV, as well as other streaming options. Come and relax! **The dock can only be used to tie down a boat at this time. We are in the process of getting it restored and more structurally safe**

Location

Nice setting on lake and close to area we are familiar with - Clayton; Dillard and scaly mountain. This property is a diamond in the rough, but could be a real gem with TLC. Very serene to unwind.

Do not recommend

The place was run down. Kitchen faucet was held togther by blue painters tape. That same blue tape was use to make a big X on the floor in main walking area due to floor being soft and rotten. Lots of plates but only 4 forks. House smelled like mold. All 5 of my family memebers and myself ended up sick the day we left. 2 of those had to go on antibiotics. There was a hole under master bath sink that went to a basement of some sort that blew wet cold air into bathrrom and bed room. The outside was not kept up and looked abandoned.

Great weekend

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for us. Clean and comfortable. As with any vacation / lake house it shows it's age but still very nice. Would love to spend a week during the summer.

Spacious house in beautiful setting

Positive: spacious, nice setting, beautiful views, plenty of room for the 5 of us. Negative: needs a deep clean, as well as basic kitchen essentials such as a baking dish, eating utensils and glasses. Fireplace non functional and wifi a bit slow making it difficult to watch TV

We had a great time here.

We stayed 10 days here. Every day was great. Nice covered deck overlooking lake. Clean. Neighbors were nice. Boys went fishing with some success. Great place and would stay again.

Home obviously In The midst of repairs Didn’t seem quite ready to rent. Wires were hanging down in areas where work was being done I think it has great potential but wasn’t quite what we had hoped for.

The House is spacious and well furnished. My biggest concern is lack of cleanliness and privacy. We had to clean food out of the sink, fridge and microwave as soon as we arrived. There are several windows without curtains, or too small curtains and the resident neighbor is close.and likes to look in your windows. The toilet rocked so much we had to prop it. One of the inside bedroom had shutters not windows, so good luck getting much sleep, and so much more.. This house deserves more attention to detail.

Not quite as expected, but good location on the lake

The location on the lake was perfect for fishing and boating. The house was comfortable; however, there were roaches and trash left from the previous renters (soda bottle on couch, trash on dock). Also the house seemed unfinished (lack of outlet covers, no door knob/handle on doors to master bedroom). Overall it was good for our children who enjoyed fishing and boating.
