The patio offers a private area for relaxing and convenient place for surfboards and boogie boards. The beach and state park walking trails are just a short walk away. After a fun day out enjoy a long soak in the large jetted tub. This unit is a wonderful vacation spot for families and couples.

This includes a year-round large outdoor hot tub, heated seasonal swimming pool, barbeque grills, and well equipped exercise center at the clubhouse.
