The overnight front desk worker was not helpful from the moment I called to request the shuttle, after arriving at the airport... Through check in, and the following morning.
The employee could not tell me where to go in the airport to catch shuttle, I ended up using Uber. I arrived in BOS around midnight, called the hotel to request the shuttle service. Employee told me to go to a numbered area, but couldn't provide information as to where in the airport that was. He advised me that I should find someone in the airport to ask.
Upon check in, the same employee was unaware of the bottle of water/soda and snack for Hhonors gold members. Also could not verify my request for Kate check out. Overall, employee was unhelpful, especially for someone who has never been to Boston.
The daytime employees are much better. In fact, I forgot my earbuds in my room after checkout and housekeeping found them and held them for me.
The property itself is older and appears to be partially renovated.
This is definitely a hotel that's no frills.
