Only stayed the one night but it was very good. It's quite basic but very clean. The staff that we met were very pleasant and obligeing. Paid extra for the " continantal" breakfast, again basic but very good. Would have been quite happy to have stayed here longer.

When we arrived, the receptionist was friendly and courteous. We booked a deluxe room with a sea view. The room was clean, with decent towels & toiletires provided. I would have preferred a king-size bed to a double, but it was comfortable enough, although the pillows we had were very thin. The communal areas of the hotel looked a bit tired and woukd have benefitted from a thorough clean. Can't comment on the continental breakfast or the bar as we didnt use them. Overall.it was a good base for exploring Weymouth.

The booking was cancelled because the hotel's lift was out of order. The hotel were honest and helpful. Because I have mobility problems a lift was essential and because my computer skills are very limited I cancelled directly with the hotel. I am hoping not to be charged.

Hotel was clean and tidy, staff were available all day and very friendly and helpful, cleaning staff came round daily was a great place to stay, hotel is on the front facing the beach, the town is just up the side street, and there is amusements and a small fair for youbger kids just outside the hotel, will hopefully be returning again soon, thank you for a lovely stay

Very drafty windows old fashion slash windows hence the dirt on window sills no cooked breakfast , staff lovely, and very close to all amenities, don’t think I would stay here again, but very reasonable price for one night

Great location, hotel needs work

Location on the sea front is ideal, easy walking distance to town centre bars. Staff were fantastic, very friendly and welcoming But don’t be taken in by the pics on their website, my room was basic to say to say the least. There may be some nice rooms, but mine wasn’t one of them

Loved my stay in room 104 at the Fairhaven Hotel. Recently refurbished room and it was lovely with a fantastic view. Had a problem with the thermostat but staff were happy to provide me with a plug in fire which warmed the room up in no time. Reception requires a revamp but I believe renovations are ongoing. Staff were lovely, polite and helpful. Would happily return!!
