The mountain air feels sharper here, scented with evergreens and the quiet energy of Whistler Village below. After a day of winter skiing or exploring the village on foot, you can step onto the covered deck, ease into the hot tub, and watch the lights flicker against the surrounding peaks. Inside, the warmth of the stone-surround presto log fireplace and rustic barn board accents set the tone for slow evenings and unhurried mornings.



Sleeping arrangements

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 4 and offers a comfortable setup for couples or small groups. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a walk-through closet, and an ensuite with a glass-enclosed shower, single vanity, and sauna. Please note, this bedroom does not have an external window but offers a comfortable and private sleeping space.. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and views of Blackcomb Mountain and the village.



Living space

The open-plan living area is designed for relaxing after time outdoors, with cozy seating, soft lighting, and a welcoming mountain atmosphere. Sliding doors connect the main space to the deck, bringing in fresh alpine air and easy access to the hot tub.

Secure underground parking is available for one vehicle, with additional street parking and paid parking off premises. Guests also have access to an outdoor pool, and shared ski storage is available in the garage (bring your own ski lock).

A grocery store and liquor store are conveniently located downstairs, making it simple to settle in and enjoy the best of Whistler year-round.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Located in the heart of Whistler Village, Hearthstone Lodge is just a 3-minute walk to both the Whistler and Excalibur gondolas. Nestled beside the Whistler Conference Centre, with a grocery store and liquor store right downstairs, everything you need is at your doorstep. Perfect for guests who want comfort, convenience, and instant access to the mountains and village life.



Getting Around:

Other Things to Note:

• No window in the primary bedroom. Please note there is no window in the primary bedroom

• Hot tub jets and sauna may not be used at the same time; when the sauna is switched on, the hot tub jets will be turned off automatically. Once the sauna has been turned off, please expect a 20 minute delay before the hot • tub jets resume functionality.

• Ski storage. Please be aware that the shared ski storage is in the garage. We advise you to bring your own ski lock

• Stairs. There is no elevator in the building, access from the car park is up two flights of stairs. Access from the street is up one flight of stairs

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
