Our stay at the Hilton in Whistler Village prior to the first real snowfall of the year was delightful. Although their wasn't enough snow to ski to the mid-station and the winds were very high ~ we had a great time skiing off the Franz's chair where the snow was great and returned to the warm and festive atmosphere of the Hilton. the next option after Westin. The rooms are clean and modern. Not much for ambiance compared to Westin but it's a good alternative. being right there at the gondola. makes life easy.
