Wide suite, in a nice and quiet place, but no a/c ! Our suite facing west was really hot in the late afternoon, despite 2 fans were provided. No caretakers after 5 PM : we had to play our McGyver to fix a faucet issue, since we were on our own. At last, avoiding to ask us to get away only 5 minutes after the 10 AM limit would have been appreciated.

A bit far from the village but property is clean and the units are well maintained. The area is quiet since it’s right around the corner from Lost Lake. Security seems good because you need to punch it a long password to get into spaces.

Cozy condo, great price. Has everything you need if trying to travel on a budget since you can cook your own food in the kitchen. Very close to Lost Lake, village center, and free shuttle right next to the condo that takes you to the village center. Will be coming again.

Not as amazing. My family (wife and kids) were sick 3 days before arrival and I called to adjust the 3 night reservation that i made. I was told no, not even refunding part payments. That service was cruel in my opinion. Everything was a waste for us, i only came around without my family to the 6 person accomodation booked.

Don't waste your money

The lodge has everything to make the stay really good. At least on paper... But then you get to the room and it's a different story. Late at night after driving all the way to Whistler you discover that the bed sheets are dirty, there are stranger's hair between the sheets, the lights in the kitchen that doesn't switch off. Then on the morning of the second day, you realize there are grease marks on the drawers in the kitchen. Oh there are no cleaning supplies. Not even a sponge to clean dishes between uses. The bbq is not cleaned. And once it's cleaned up by maintenance and you start cooking, oops no more gas. It's beyond frustrating... Oh and you have to take your recycling out before you leave because this is not a real hotel. It was a lot. The only real good thing was the lovely and VERY good receptionist that was dealing with all of these things. If it wasn't for her, this review would be a LOT worse!

Could do better.

Asked for high room Mountain View about one month ago. Had confirmation. Ended up on ground level right next to the lobby. Hot tube was broken and self check in is a bit confusing.
