The Space:
Snow-dusted trees and crisp mountain air set the tone as you arrive at this Whistler retreat tucked within the forested surroundings of Kadenwood. After a day on the slopes, step inside to the warmth of the indoor fireplace or settle into the hot tub as the cool alpine evening settles in around you. Large windows frame the natural landscape, creating a sense of calm and connection to the mountains throughout your stay.
Sleeping arrangements
Spread across two levels and 4,646 square feet, the home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests across five bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, walk-in closet, seating area, and an ensuite bathroom with a deep soaker tub, double vanity, and walk-in shower. A second suite offers a king bed, walk-in closet, and an ensuite with its own soaker tub and double vanity. The third bedroom includes king-split beds and an ensuite walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom is designed for groups or families with two bunk beds and an ensuite shower. On the lower level, the fifth bedroom features a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a steam-room shower and a secondary entrance.
Outdoor living
Sliding glass doors open to a spacious patio where forest and valley views create a peaceful setting. In winter, returning from the slopes to soak in the private hot tub offers a welcome way to unwind. Gather around the outdoor fire pit for quiet evenings under the mountain sky while the surrounding trees create a private, tranquil atmosphere.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is designed for shared meals and relaxed gatherings, featuring Brazilian quartzite counters, custom white oak cabinetry, and appliances for preparing anything from quick breakfasts to full dinners. A breakfast bar provides casual seating, while the dining table invites everyone to gather together. A separate prep kitchen supports larger meals, and the wine cellar and indoor mini bar add another thoughtful touch for evenings spent indoors.
Leisure & comfort
When it’s time to relax, the media room offers a comfortable space with a TV, foosball table, plush seating, and an indoor fireplace. Guests can also use the stationary bike for a quick workout or settle into the dedicated workspace with desk and chair if needed. Additional comforts include heating, portable fans, laundry facilities, and clothing storage to help keep longer stays convenient.
Neighborhood
Located in the private Kadenwood neighborhood, the home offers ski-in/ski-out access and access to the private Kadenwood Gondola connecting to Creekside Village in just a few minutes. From there, shops, restaurants, and additional lift access are easily reached.

Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighbourhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Construction. As one of the newer neighbourhoods in Whistler, Kadenwood has several homes that remain under construction. Construction is typically active from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., but is permitted from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Guests may experience construction noise from machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted as compensation for any potential disturbances from nearby construction. We won't offer additional compensation for construction disturbances. We're sorry for any inconvenience.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
