Close to everything, staff very helpful and personable. The room and areas around property are showing some wear and tear, such as carpet stains, worn and stained grout in pool tiles, etc. In spite of this, staff keeps the place very clean and we had a wonderful stay.

Clean hotel. Convenient to the lifts, shopping, dining and skate park. The nicest staff and so helpful. Only downside was you had to pay for parking daily after already paying to stay at resort. The parking was very tight in the garage as well.

We enjoyed our time at the pan pacific. The suite we stayed in was big and clean. The facility was beautiful. Our kids loved the massive pool and hot tub. We had an issue with something and the front desk was quick to fix it and make things right. We really value that kind of service. Would definitely stay again
