The staff was very friendly and responsive to needs & requests. Bathtub tile repair was shoddy and unprofessionally done. No desk. No chairs for viewing the TV. Noticed several ants around covered food and now and again crawling on the wall and curtains. Lots of windows. Bed very comfortable.

We liked how they have a sparkling water tap. Unfortunately it was out of service during our stay. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms are a bit dated and ours had a bit of a bad smell, although the bedding was very clean. The location is the best part because it’s a short walk to the Whistler Gondola and the Upper Village walk. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The guys that clean the rooms were great so convenient to everything all the restaurants and supermarket and the ski lift very clean hotel lovely coffee in the lobby too
