This one-level townhouse on Blackcomb Mountain places you close to the slopes with ski access when conditions allow.
Living spaces
The open living area invites relaxed evenings after time outdoors. Comfortable seating, a TV, and an indoor fireplace create an easy place to gather. Large windows bring in natural light by day, while portable fans and heating keep the space comfortable year-round. A dedicated workspace offers room to check in if needed.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, with modern appliances and plenty of space to cook. A dining table seats six for slow breakfasts before heading out or cozy dinners together. The adjacent patio or balcony includes outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill for use when weather permits.
Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom features a queen bed and a TV, along with an ensuite bathroom that includes a bathtub. The second bedroom offers a king-split bed that can be configured as a king or two twins. A sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space. Two bathrooms make it easy for everyone to get ready for the day.
Outdoor & shared amenities
Within the complex, you’ll have access to a shared hot tub - an inviting way to unwind after skiing. The home also includes a private entrance, ski storage convenience, and secure parking in a free parking garage on premises,

Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Tucked into the forested slopes of Blackcomb Mountain, Painted Cliff offers a serene ski-in/ski-out setting just minutes from the heart of Whistler. The peaceful location blends alpine seclusion with easy access to cafés, après-ski lounges, and the vibrant atmosphere of Whistler Village.
Getting Around:
• 1-minute walk to Merlin’s ski run
• 15-minute walk to the Village Stroll
• 25-minute walk or 5-minute drive to Fresh Street grocery store
• 7-minute walk to Upper Village
• 15-minute walk to Chateau Fairmont Golf Course
• 20-minute walk or 5-minute cycle to Lost Lake
• Free shuttle to the village: walk to Painted Cliff Road and cross the road, the bus stop will be in the Cul De Sac going downhill
Other Things to Note:
• Stairs. You are required to climb stairs to enter this home
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
