The property reached out days before check in to ensure i had the code to the mailbox that gave me my parking pass (parking garage is below the building) and keycards for the elevator. Access to the room is a pin pad. There is no one available at check in but prperty managers can be reached by phine during business hours or a toll free number after hours...extremely responsive!. The unit was clean and had everything needed for our 9 day stay. We had a murphy bed and pull out couch which was surprisingky comfortable with the added mattress pad. The kitchens was equppwd with everything: coffe maker, with gronds, Suger/cresmer. A kettle, tea bags, blender, toaster, pots, casserole dishes, full set of fisshes for 4-6, full over, syice, toaster oven and all utensils.The in-Siite washer dryer was very handy (2 tide poses and 2 bounce sheets provided. Dish vlothes, tea towels, dponge and Daen Dish dosp provided. Premium vhannels and Netflex (personal acct required to log in). Air conditioning and thermostat control accessible. The only down fall in our room was the high peaked windows (curtains only in the lower section) allowed the sun to shine in early so sleeping in was not possible. The property was next to Earl's, above a Shopper's Drug Martand 4min walk to the Gondola Express Bus Stop and 4 mins to Gateway Loop where the Shuttles from the Vancoiver Airport drop off/pick up. The location is in the heart of the Billage mins walk to everything. Would definitely stay again

Really clean and the location is in the middle of the village. The kitchen is great and laundry as well. Only the beds are uncomfortable, but still great deal with the price.

Unfortunately had to run the standalone AC unit 24/7 even though outside temperatures never got above 74. Not sure but I think it is above a restaurant. Carpet could use a cleaning. AC exhaust duct was blowing warm air into the unit until we found a temp solution. Location is great! Overall the unit worked for our needs.

The good: really good location, unit had a balcony and washer dryer, was very clean and also affordable. The parking spots were large in size and easily fit our van. The bad: the unit was extremely hot, ac ran more like a fan (barely) The beds were both extremely uncomfortable.

Really appreciated the ease of our stay here, the suite was perfect for us. We parked up and didn't return to the car for two days, which speaks to the walkable nature of the area. The view of the mountains from our suite was lovely, and the balcony was a perfect spot to sit with a book! Bed was very comfortable and even the pull out bed was comfy! Kitchen was well equipped and the laundry facilities very much appreciated. Communication was very good and we would definitely return.

Our stay and the property was mostly excellent. The people next door the first night were there to party and were very loud and smoked pot on the balcony which came directly into our room. Mgt dealt with it the next day. The bathroom in the unit we stayed in could do with an update - particularly the chipped sink.
