Beach View is an ultra stylish apartment located in the heart of Whitby. Recently renovated to the highest standard, you can expect a truly luxury stay. Aptly named, you can expect incredible views of the coastline and the West Cliff beach. Sleeping up to 4 guests, Beach View is the perfect retreat for families and small groups of friends.



The Space:

BEDROOM AND BATHROOM

Beach View is a stunning split level apartment with two bedrooms and a family bathroom located on the lower level. The master bedroom includes a comfortable king size bed, ensuite shower room and a day bed which folds out into a double bed upon request. Beautifully designed, the second bedroom has a similar style and features a comfy king bed. Head to the family bathroom and you’ll find a bathtub with an overhead shower, WC and basin.



Take the stairs up to the next level and you’ll find the open plan kitchen, living and dining area.



LIVING ROOM

The living area includes a modern sofa, statement pink chair and a large flat screen TV. Perfect for relaxing with your loved ones, you can get lost in a good book or keep up with your favourite shows.



KITCHEN

Emerald green in colour with marble worktops, the kitchen is very stylish. Fully equipped for self-catering stays, you’ll have everything you could need to prepare meals during your stay. The dining area includes a table with four matching pink chairs.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.



There are a number of pay and display car parks in Whitby and options will be sent to you prior to your arrival date.



The Neighborhood:

Beach View is located on the West Cliff just off the North Terrace so you can expect beautiful sea views. The Blue Flag West Cliff beach and promenade is just a short stroll from the apartment and on Pier Road, you’ll find fun arcades and plenty of fish restaurants where you can sample the catch of the day.



The other side of Whitby is full of narrow, medieval streets dotted with boutiques and pubs. Climb the famous 199 steps up to the Church of Saint Mary. You can also discover the renowned ruined Whitby Abbey, which was the inspiration for Bram Stoker’s gothic novel ‘Dracula’.



Step outside of Whitby and you’ll uncover a haven of woodland and moorland. Whitby forms part of the North York Moors National Park so it’s the perfect place for long walks.



Getting Around:

Beach View is located in the centre of Whitby so the town can easily be explored on foot.



Whitby train station is just a short 15-minute walk away so villages and towns along the North Yorkshire coast can easily be reached via rail. There’s also a taxi rank in close proximity to the train station.



There are plenty of bus routes throughout Whitby. Hop on the X4 and you can visit beautiful coastal villages like Sandsend, Runswick Bay and Staithes. The X93 travels along the coast to Scarborough. The 95 route features plenty of quaint villages, such as Grosmont and Lealholm.
