The beds are far too soft and pillows too thick. I woke up with my neck feeling like I have whiplash. I woke up quite congested, probably from cleaners and the very dry air (not humidified). Other than that the room was good and spotlessly clean. The property was clean and the staff was great. The breakfast left something to be desired. There was some sort of baked omelette concoction that was swimming in liquid, so I never tried it. The tatertots were soggy-ish because the steam from the heated table was getting under the lid. The bacon and the egg patties were ok. The pancakes didn't taste like normal pancakes and were a bit doughy / rubbery.

The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The room was great, mattress was a bit hard for me. I don’t think the pancake maker in the breakfast room was working properly because the pancakes tastes like they had vinegar in them. The scrambled eggs also were not very warm. Overall, there were lots of other breakfast items to choose from including French toast to pop in the toaster!

We haven’t checked out yet - just checked in for the night a few hours ago. The room is clean, there’s plenty of room in the hallway and in our room and the staff member who checked us in was A+. The hotel was quiet. Breakfast was ok but lacked variety. The toaster is in need of replacement. Overall, excellent. We’d stay here again.
