Welcome to Twin Peaks! Be among the first to stay here! A newly built 1 bedroom and 1 bath A frame cabin.
This is no ordinary A Frame. We have tall ceilings so no bumping your head. Full size stairway to the open bedroom loft. Lots of windows make this a bright and cheery place to stay.

*****Don't be nervous about booking a new property with us. See reviews to our other properties (all proudly 4.9 and higher!) The property IDS are below.

Master bedroom is an open loft with lots of windows and light. King size bed with all linens supplied. Comfy pillows. Large screen tv and blue ray DVD.

Living room has a futon that can fold down for sleeping. Full Size, can sleep 2. Large screen smart tv and blue ray DVD. (bring your Netflix passwords!) Linens and pillows are in the drawers under the futon. Electric fireplace (remote controlled) does provide heat but should not be used as your only heat source. For ambiance mostly.
Cabin has central heat and air.

Full bathroom with shower. Towels and washcloths provided. Hairdryer under sink.

This property does have a paved driveway but it can be steep and intimidating to flat landers. We do have a reserved gravel spot below the house that you can park in with ease.

Pack and Play childs crib available ON REQUEST.

Fully stocked kitchen. Full size stove, microwave and fridge. All utensils, plates, glasses, toaster, cookware, Keurig K cup coffee maker. (2 K cups provided). Dining table for 4.

Full size washer and dryer. (starter laundry items supplied)

Outside patio table offers a nice view. Propane gas grill.
4 additional chairs around the fire pit. Fire pit is under a gazebo to provide some shade and has twinkle lights. On clear nights this is the perfect spot to see hundreds of stars. firewood is not provided, please purchase locally at any nearby gas station. Marshmallow sticks provided.

Cabin themed decor throughout. Lots of unique touches to really make you feel welcome.

PLEASE READ!

Before you pack up and head to the mountains, know that when we say mountains, we really mean it!
Dillsboro NC elevation starts at 1,975 feet. Think of this as your starting point. If you want to get a beautiful mountain view, you gotta climb some mountains. Mountain roads are typically gravel, steeper, narrower and curvier than you may be use to driving. This is all part of our charm.
We do have one big hill to get up. It is gravel. We regularly drive a Hyundai Sonata up. While AWD vehicles make everything easier they are not required. Maintain an even speed (10mph) going up and you should have no issues.

Items NOT provided: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, items of a personal nature. We do supply hand soap, dish soap, and starter laundry items.

Please note this is a SMOKE FREE property. Ashtrays are provided outside on the porch. If the home smells of smoke, you may lose part or all of your damage deposit for additional cleaning & odor removal.

*****This property is located off US 74 in a curve. You will hear road noise while outside. While it is not obtrusive it is noticeable, but we think the convenient location makes up for this.

*****This is a DOG friendly property, however we ask that you bring a kennel for your pet if you plan on leaving him/her alone at the house. We do charge a $45 non refundable fee for bringing your pet. If you are bringing your pet YOU MUST select the pet option at checkout. If you do not it will be taken from your damage deposit. We had an amazing stay! The cabin was very clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing getaway in the mountains. The hot tub was great — hot, clean, and exactly what we needed after a long day.The host was very responsive and helpful, making everything easy and stress-free. We also appreciated that the property is pet-friendly, which made our trip even more special.Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Property was clean inside and out. Every amenity and appliance worked properly, and there were included amenities that hadn’t even been listed which saved the trip (salmon we cooked wouldn’t have been nearly as good without the paprika and other spices they had set out). Hosts were very communicative and friendly. Hot tub was quite hot and so relaxing! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay on our trip.

The only issue we had is that we couldnt stay longer. The cabin was exactly as advertised. The communication was as impressive as the lodging. Even when a mishappen ditch dwelling uber driver was mistaken for what potentially could have been us. We were checked on to verify that it was not us and that we were ok. Will stay at Twin Peaks again in the future.

What a lovely time we had! The owners thought of everything in setting up the property. Every detail made our vacation more special. Little things, like providing firestarters for the firepit and towels for cleaning up any messes, made the whole stay more comfortable and convenient. We loved the hot tub and the adorable decor. We felt like the property was secluded and private while knowing that we had support from Chuck and Sandy if we had needed it. I highly recommend this property.

This was a lovely, well-thought-out property. It was central to everything we wanted to do, yet private making it the perfect place to relax after running and gunning all day. The driveway is, in fact, steep; but we got in and out in a VW Jetta. Just takes a little brass :) We will definitely check here first when we come back next year.

We had a wonderful stay at Twin Peaks. From start to finish everything was excellent. The hosts Chuck n Sandy provide exceptional accommodations and they are always available if you need anything. Communication is top notch. I think we have now stayed at all but one of the cabins we keep coming back because we can trust that everything will be as promised. Don’t hesitate staying at any of the properties,they are clean, the views are fantastic and the hosts provide everything you need to have a fantastic time. I find the mountains so peaceful and beautiful . It’s always nice just to sit outside on the deck and unwind and take in the view. Our two papillons loved exploring they were truly fascinated with the lizard they saw.

Beautiful, Peaceful and Just What We Needed

This cabin and the property is absolutely beautiful. Everything is just like the pictures. And it is immaculate (very important to me). Celebrating my 60th birthday I wanted something secluded and peaceful yet close to the exploring I wanted to do. My husband and I enjoyed this quality time together and our trip very much. Most of all, we enjoyed our morning coffee and our evenings after a day of adventure at the cabin and it's peaceful surroundings. I look forward to going back.

Beautiful secluded cabin

This cabin is well-stocked, very clean, and in a.good location. Be aware though the concrete drive to it is very steep and trailering to it is not an option, BUT there is a nice sized area cloae to it where you can teailer and load/unload. We tool our slingshot and Chevy Colorado to the cabin and it was fine. All amenities listed are as stated or better. We had a great time and would visit again!
