The air conditioning in the room is terrible! I set the A/C as low as it would go and it never cooled down even though the compressor cycled. It was a bad stay and not comfortable at all! I overheard other guests complaining about the same issue. The hotel “looks” good with a recent refresh but they really need to upgrade the in room A/C! Also, I booked through hotels.com and paid at the hotel with a card not on file with hotels.com. I was charged on both cards and currently awaiting a resolution from corporate.

Poor bathroom lighting. Any days we had the room cleaned our room keys wouldn’t work. So we didn’t have it cleaned a couple of days. Keys worked fine those days.Having mobility issues having to go back to the front desk every evening to get keys redone was at the least inconvenient.

Excellence!!! Perfect in every way. Cleanest hotel I ever stayed in. Not one hair in bathroom… haha! Friendly, all staff, and breakfast was great. I ate later and it was well stocked. Coffee was always good. Great bed, pillows and I thought about sneaking out towels but didn’t. FYI. They don’t take cash. PS. I’m a hotel snob and this place rocks!!! May not be brand new but who cares. I’ll go back for sure. State High School Track Meet

Not worth the price

Everything was below average. Bed wasn’t very comfortable and the pillows were very lumpy. The AC would only run every 45 minutes or so and never really cooled off the room (1st floor). The staff said they couldn’t do anything about it. The toilet didn’t have much pressure and TP wouldn’t flush unless you tried several times. Morning coffee was decent.
