The room was clean but very poorly furnished. We did not have pillow cases for all our pillows, and the staff was not able to get us any extras. The beds did not have blankets, but the staff was able to get us those. The towels were clean, but very badly stained.
Staff was almost non existent. During checkout nobody could be found so had to stuff the key card under the security window.
The room was neglected with a very dirty microwave we could not use, a small fridge that froze everything in it with no controls, no soap, dirty towels, a TV that was a nice size but worked sporadically.
The hallway to the rooms were badly stained in multiple places and the had at least three horrible and disgusting large mattresses in the hall that were there our entire stay. The "Continental breakfast" was a loaf of sliced wheat bread and a shared jar of peanut butter.
The only positive was it is very close and easy to get to the hospital which was the reason for our visit to Wichita.
Overall this place needs serious attention before anyone should consider staying there.
Room was dirty-table had food and drink spills, mirror looked like someone sneezed or splashed something on it then rubbed it around, towels were stained and had yellow spots, bed had a lot of someone else's hair between the sheets, and sticky spots on the floor. Not to mention there was no hand soap in the bathroom and no body soap, just two filthy packets of shampoo.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Room was clean and friendly staff. A little excitement when 2 people got caught in the elevator when it had an issue. Over all all was good. Would like to see a second chair in the rooms but that is just my preference.
Do room was cleaned, the sheets on the bed clean. The beds were not cleaned, the bathtub was cleaned. The ask manager could change rooms or have room cleaned, i was told so. So i am requesting the money back right now. Krystal Hughes.
The room was very neglected. The tv in the room did not work. The room was in the first floor and the window was fully opened when we walked in and it had a funny smell. Room was kind of dirty. Website advertisement included breakfast and there was NO breakfast. It looked more like a motel instead of a hotel. Never again!
The elevator was filthy and the on the corner of the wall outside the elevator has dog pee on it and the floor. The ac unit squeaked so bad you could barely hear the tv (plus the remote didn’t work. There was no regular sugar or creamer for the coffee, there were no spoons for the cereal, no butter for the toast. The hall was filled with furniture. The se one night I stayed there on the first floor all the lights in the hallway were off for an hour.
