Tired location

I’ve stayed at many Hampton Inns in my travels. They are very consistent. This location is in tough shape. It appears a remodel may be happening. Can’t come soon enough.

The people were kind, but there were boxes all around the pool area. It was nothing like the pictures. Outside, there were shipping crates all over the parking lot, and many people were laying around the property. I’m. Not sure what their purpose was, but it felt like we had to be extra cautious

Find a different hotel. This place sucks

Terrible service. Booked and paid for room through hotels.com. When checking in was told there's additional fees that need to be paid for. Management took care of that. Walking to the room carpet had multiple wrinkles with no padding under carpet. Bathroom door needs work as it barely closes. Multiple electrical outlets in the room didn't work. Indoor swimming pool had heater running in middle of summer, water temp was 91 degrees felt disgusting. Looking out the back door of the pool area over grown weeds had taken over. Beds were not comfortable and pillows lacked support. Continental breakfast was terrible, sausage was burnt. Upon checking out they stated that even more money was due

i really disliked that when i reserved a 2 queens room(for confort) they changed my room to a king with a sofa( which we all hate) without saying anything. 😡 I reserved here and not at my preferred hotel, because of the 2 queens room availability. Hotel is very out dated and kinda durty for a Hampton and the price ☹️
