Helpful and courteous staff during check in and check out. However, room was dirty, floor was damaged (planks coming off) in bedroom and also bath area. Strange smell in room. Unsafe area. Very, very noisy due to being next to interstate highway. Could not sleep all night due to the noise and worry about safety. Door damaged. This property needs a major upgrade and also a roving security person.

The room was clean and comfortable. They had a pool which was nice. There were some shady characters lurking around and loud noises at night. You may want to close your curtains, lock your door, and stay in your room after dark.

the pool was gross and full of nasty stuff, there was also dead bugs and liquid on the bathroom walls that had not been cleaned. we only stayed for about 30 minutes before getting a refund and they couldn't refund the money for the check in, just the deposit. The overall area around the motel was sketchy and I didn't feel safe leaving my car with all my belongings there in the parking lot.

Regardless of the place is very clean and always has been. The staff is usually pretty great as well. However on my prior visit I was charged for two nights and still have not received a refund from them or Expedia.

I wonder why this hotel is in the Expedia app. The whole facility is falling apart. I didn’t stay and in it and I have been calling Expedia for a refund. This is a below substandard facility

It had a weird smell to it and all we could hear is road noise from the interstate. There is no seal around the door or the windows all she can hear is wrote One so that's what made it terrible. Other than that the staff was great people are nice.

We travel frequently staff both checking in and out was very friendly efficient, and respectful. They were 100 percent booked and very busy, but took time to make sure everything was correct for us. I really appreciated that and it doesn't always happen on our stays at other places.

Absolutely Amazing in a time of need!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The young man at the front desk was extremely helpful and super friendly. We were in town for a funeral, which was already stressful, and then had two paid reservations canceled because we arrived after check-in time. He was very understanding and got us in the room where we could shower and rest a bit. We had zero issues with the area, it was quiet, comfortable, and convenient. We will definitely choose this property next time we visit.

We ask for a smoke free room and there were cigarette butts on the floor, bathroom electrical outlet was loose in wall, no coffee available in room, TOO MUCH NOISE from surrounding rooms and outside, pool looked dirty

Day of checking in get a call telling me that there was a leak and that they overbooked so I was pretty upset . Feel as if should be reimbursed and offer a discount if I choose to book with them again

Terrible! Worst hotel ever. Bed bugs, wads of hair all over the bathroom, food splattered on the wall. Was told to call the manager in 2 days. Also not a safe area. I have never written a bad review on a hotel before but this is disgusting.
