Got to my room and it hadn’t even been cleaned. It was already 9 o’clock at night and there were no other rooms. I feel sorry for the front desk stuff. It wasn’t their fault but I wasn’t waiting another 30 minutes for somebody to show up and then still have to clean a room. I feel like the refund process should’ve been a little bit easier than me having to deal with it when it wasn’t even my fault.

The hotel is right off a busy street but not easily accessible by vehicle. You have to enter from a side street. I was glad to find an EV charger in the parking lot. Most hotels don't have a charger.

Checked in and no airport shuttle as promised on Orbitz and the hotel’s website Went to our room and nether key worked Went to office for different keys. They didn’t work either They gave us a different room. Still not cleaned with towels all over the floor and trash everywhere Back to office and finally got into a room an hour after we arrived.

Not a pleasant stay. We checked in and had to be moved to 3 separate rooms due to various issues. The first had a low battery in the smoke alarm and was constantly beeping. The second reeked of weed and the refrigerator didn't work. The last was fine until we flushed the toilet and the lever fell out of the tank. Due to exhaustion and frustration, we stayed in the last one. The toilet was repaired the following day. Unfortunately, not correctly. The chain was too short to allow the flap to close and the water ran constantly. To top it off, we brought some food and tried to eat on the desk next to the television. So did quite a few ants. We requested to be comped for the first night. Instead, we got a 50% discount. Given we were in 3 different rooms in one night and NONE of them worked, that simply wasn't good enough. The only recommendation I can make relative to this hotel is to stay away.

Would have given a solid 5 star rating IF my in-room coffee maker wasn't broken. I had to leave at 3:30 AM and brought my own coffee and creamer because morning coffee is IMPORTANT. Coffee maker set-up was nice but the actual coffee maker wasn't working and I spent 25 minutes of important time trying to get it to work, even plugged it in at 4 different plugs. There was coffee in the lobby but it wasn't great.

No free airport transportation - beware!

I chose this hotel specifically because it offered complimentary airport transportation, but when I called the hotel from the airport I was told they no longer offered this. An Uber trip cost over $25. There was a paper notice taped to the front desk stating that they no longer offered airport transport - and dated a month before I made the booking. As of today, a month after my stay, the hotel is still advertising free airport transport on the Hotels.com website.

I had stayed there a few years ago and remembered it being in better condition. I was a little concerned to find the door to the room propped open with the latch when I arrived. It didn't feel as safe as I would have liked.
