This hotel has a sewer gas leak that the staff is fully aware of but did not inform us of upon checkin. If they had we would have gladly moved to another hotel. Both nights smelled like sewer gas in our room and hallway.

The hotel and the room were very nice and new. The hotel staff were very friendly. The complimentary breakfast was adequate. The problem we had was housekeeping. We were in the hotel for 4 nights which included Thanksgiving Day. After the first night, our room was not touched. I let front desk know and got towels for the next morning. When departing the next day, I stopped by the front desk and let them know we had been missed and please make sure the room was cleaned that day. Upon returning that night to find towels changed and trash emptied, but beds were not made and floors (both sleeping area and the bathroom) were not vacuumed. Again, I let front desk know, they were very courteous. Front desk did call back to let me know that the bed probably was not touched because I had left a tip on the bed. (I do this in every hotel I have ever stayed in, no issues) no explanation of why the floors were not vacuumed. The front desk also let me know that due to Thanksgiving the next day housekeeping would not be working and the room would not be cleaned that day. So, in the 4 nights we stayed in the hotel, towels were changed and trash emptied once, beds were never made up and floors never vacuumed.
