The Hotel was convenient to be attached to the airport. However the only negative point is if you were coming by car the signs to the hotel parking is very poor. We spent at least 30 minutes going around in circles looking for a way to get to the Hotel parking lot. Better signage is needed.

Airport hotel booked for convenience to have a place to sleep between flights. The reception queue was massive and the wait was well over an hour! Late arrival and early morning connection meant even less sleep because of the hotel wait. Whilst weather conditions and delayed flights are not predictanle there are ways of making sure people are comfortable. This is not a budget hotel - would have expected a lot more!

Checked as a Bonvoy Elite customer. Did not get upgrade and did not get the room I paid for either. Could not find my reservation and had to pay out of pocket for an extra night. Expedia was not helpful either. Will never stay at Sheraton again.

Proximity to airport is the only reason to stay

The hotel is very close to Frankfurt Airport Terminal 1, you can walk there within minutes. Otherwise it's a very basic place not worth the price.

My stay here was short but pleasant. While I didn’t eat at any of the restaurants in the hotel, there was quite a bit of variety in the hotel and it all looked great. The staff was also very friendly, spoke fluent English, and helpful. If I ever need to layover in Frankfurt again, I will definitely be staying here.
