There is a galley style kitchen with full sized refrigerator, Dishwasher, Stove, Oven and Microwave. There is an in unit full size stackable washer and dryer. There is a private storage unit and the owners do leave Beach gear for tenant use. Wildwood Crest Beaches are Free so no beach tags are needed!! The property is located just a short walk to popular sunset lake and is only 3 short blocks to the beach at popular Rambler Ave where you have Wildwood Crest's Beachfront Park. This property is rented weekly in the summer but the owners are welcome to all weekend stays in the offseason with a 2 night minimum stay. Owners Will Consider a small Dog Under 30 pounds.

Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds and towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided.

Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.
