Overall this is a nicely updated property and we enjoyed our stay. Pros: fairly priced, easy check in/out process, clean, comfortable mattresses, close to the beach roughly a 10 minute walk, restaurants within walking distance, quiet neighborhood/felt safe walking at night, nice porch for sitting, washer/dryer available, nicely stocked kitchen. Cons: air conditioner filters were dirty, no screens in the windows, damp/musty, mold on the shower curtain, parking is first come first serve & if not available it’s meter parking.
