The good the bad the ugly.
Good: First off this apartment is super convenient to convention center and beach. Everything we wanted to do was an easy walk. The owner/manager was pretty communicative and tried to help out issues that arose during our stay. It was clean and smelled pleasant.
Bad: Not handicap accessible as a former handicap person it's something I pay attention to. The toilet is oriented in such a way that is hard to get on to this was a complaint everyone in the house had. The beds meh. The sun porch is really just a warm room with curtains, the view is of the sidewalk and hotel across the street. You get ONE parking space. You need to bring your own sheets and towels. These two things are not clearly stated in the listing.
Ugly: the neighbor Caroline(whom is employed by the owner). I no more than stepped foot on the porch upon arrival (10pm) before she was asking who I was and if I needed help. There was no introduction until after I had gone inside and came back out for luggage. While we were at an event my wife took our 9yr child back to go to bed, it was late 10:45pm. Only to be met by Caroline yelling about a car parked in their space, shouting at my wife and child. Saying they were gonna tow it. I could hear her in the background when my wife called to make sure we had parked correctly. Our car never left and she was outside when we arrived. It was some other tenants car. Even if it had been our car, it was handled poorly. Considering there was plenty of parking.
