The lamp bases were dusty. There was a chair that was so stained it was disgusting. It took 10 minutes to get enough "warm" water to take a shower. I never got even warm water in the bathroom sink. The phone didn’t work so I couldn't call the office to ask about the water. The breakfast was really limited. For a Wyndham property, I was very surprised.

The room floor was very dirty and the shower did not work very good. Also no electricity in lobby for breakfast, so they only had a couple of bagels and yogurts. They also didn’t clean or offer to clean the room for our two night stay.

Awful! The room had a bad smell the minute I entered. The heater was broken and it was cold out. I didn’t even have a working fan for background noise. There was no hot water in the evening or the morning so I didn’t shower. And to top it all off - the tv didn’t work! A one star rating would be a little bit too generous for this flop of a room!

We had a huge cockroaches in the bathroom, the floor was filthy, and the whole room and bathroom smelled like urine. But if you’re staying in Wilcox, there’s probably not anything too much better.
