When enter the room the smell was so strong i had to leave the door open, pine sole cleaner and the air-conditioning wasn't on it make it worse.

The room was remodeled and newly painted. The floors were gross dirty and the sheets had gross spots. Something bit my ear. So room should be bug sprayed.

I've been staying at the Days Inn at Willcox for a number of years and love the location. Recently they've upped their game in terms of room condition/amenities and the continental breakfast which now starts at 5 am rather than 6 am as it did previously (though I wish it offered some fresh fruit).

Mouse Feces in Rooms

Check in was horrible. The front desk gal was completely incapable. She said the computer wasn’t working. 25 minutes to check in. No others in the lobby. Room 133 was assigned. The refrigerator wasn’t cleaned out from the previous guests. I noticed mouse droppings along the walls and inside the front door. I wiped them up with a wash cloth and the wash cloth was so dirty it looked black. Asked for another room and was given 129. Same issue with mouse feces. Stayed in 133 only because it was booked and paid for and was non refundable.

Rudy at the front desk is awesome. She made of feel welcomed. A clean well kept property, quiet area, and a nice hot breakfast. Ill go back next time in Willcox.

It is what I was expecting for a hotel in Willcox. Definitely older and appeared that way, but with that being said I felt it was a clean and kept up property. Staff was fine and adjacent area was fine. No ride share available in the area. Not much going on in surrounding area.

Ok experience

The desk staff was not the most accommodating. We arrived on Friday. Given keys to second floor. We had a dog a had a few heavy items that we didn’t want to leave in the truck. Asked to get a first floor and was told the hotel would be sold out and they already assigned rooms for all. Also $30.00 per day charge for a pet is a bit much. They only came into the room to take out trash and drop towels. .
