Loved this hotel. It was modern, very clean and well kept. Only downside is there is no access to a beach but the pool was nice. Breakfast was standard and decent with a few Latin twists. I loved that there is a Juan Valdez within the compound-premises with coffee and light snack options.

Great business hotel. It has a library, office space, and booths with screens to use for work meetings. I will definitely stay here again for work. I would recommend for the staff to get more hospitality training and know more about the services they provide because it seemed like everyone had different info. Also I stood by the bar for a long time while the staff did not acknowledge me. It was not busy at that time. They walk pass me and did not make eye contact or even say they would be right with me. It was only until I addressed one of them about this that they started to help me with my question.

The bridge and colorful houses - which some would say are the most recognizable site - are a short walk away. For those who want to shop, there is an outdoor mall with lots of eateries nearby, too.

The night manager was the only problem if the entire stay for alot of the customers , his management skills are lacking as far as long wait time to get food he kept trying to mixro manage the wait staff making customers wait 2hrs to get their food. He will tell you 30 minutes othen it will take 2hrs to get a burger and fries very unsatisfactory, abd besides that great location stay for all of downtown.
