I recently stayed at Saint Tropez Curacao and overall had a wonderful experience. The property is beautiful, the atmosphere is lively yet relaxing, and the service from the staff was excellent. Housekeeping was very attentive and made sure to check in on our room daily, which I really appreciated. However, it would have been even better to have the option to indicate whether room service was needed ahead of time, perhaps with a door sign or a digital option, to make it a little more convenient. One thing to note is that there was quite a bit of outside noise from maintenance activities early in the mornings, which made it hard to sleep in. It wasn’t a major issue, but light sleepers might want to plan accordingly. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Saint Tropez Curacao for its great location, friendly service, and vibrant atmosphere. Looking forward to visiting again!

Nice hotel with a convenient location.

This is a very nice hotel. Good location with ocean view, no beach or access to the ocean, but great pool with sandy surroundings. Room was nice and big with comfortable bed. Hotel's restaurant was good. Check in and out was easy. Would definitely consider returning.

When we arrived at the hotel around 1 PM to drop off our luggage (well ahead of the 3 PM check-in), we were informed that they could no longer accommodate us due to a broken AC unit in our room. What’s frustrating is that the issue was reportedly discovered the night before, yet no one reached out to us that morning to communicate the change in plans. They did make arrangements for us to stay at a neighboring hotel, but unfortunately, the experience did not compare. We were originally booked in a suite with ocean views and were downgraded to a standard room, which was a huge letdown, especially since this was part of our honeymoon stay. While they did allow us to use their pool, it didn’t make up for the disruption and overall disappointment we felt during what was meant to be a special and memorable time.

I stayed here for my birthday trip and it was a good experience. Although, the reception staff is not as attentive to email as they are on WhatsApp. My boyfriend was trying to arrange some decorations for our room as a surprise to me for my birthday but they were not very responsive however, they are very responsive on whatsapp. They have a good breakfast and lunch menu. The staff is very nice and friendly!

Beautiful property. The ocean club is amazing and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. Only negative is the spiral staircases to rooms which you have to drag suitcases up, so when they offer help take them up on it. But it is more than made up for by the beauty and quality of everything else.

Property was nice. Room was clean. No issues except our safe didn’t work, got a key from reception and was told maintenance would come by. They never did so we just kept using the key. We were given two room keys, one didn’t work. When we brought this to their attention we were asked what room we were in and then told “oh, only one key works for that room”. Lot of locals in the restaurant and sometimes in the pool. There was a party one evening that went late and you could hear it all in the room. Finding a parking space near was sometimes difficult.

The hotel is very well located. Easy to walk into town, lots of restaurants nearby and bus service right out front if you care for public transportation. The pool area was lovely as well. Room was comfortable and quiet. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

This property was beautiful. The views are amazing. I stayed in the Junior Suite, Multiple Beds, Oceanfront and the view from this room was amazing. The staff at this hotel was super nice and helpful. I got a massage on the balacony of my room. Mrs. Leida was very helpful and provided great customer service. I will return to this property again when I come back to visit Curaçao. Book this spot and you will not be disappointed. The only con is they need better hot water. The water was warm not hot for showers. Also finding parking was a hassle other than that the pool view and customer service was five stars!

Nice boutique hotel with fantastic personal service from the staff. Wonderful staff !! Everyone of them. Here are the minuses - the shower is like warm, not hot. You get one coffee pod per person per day; bring Nespresso pods if you drink more. Additional coffee pods is 1.25USD. No Kleenex in the rooms and you barely get enough towels; one of each only. The breakfast is beyond fabulous !! It’s worth adding that on. Street parking which there always seemed to be.
