Our unit was in very poor condition. The TV was broken for eight days, our safe was never repaired, and we were without hot water for five days. The mattresses were very old, and one was even burnt. The sofas had dirty stains. While the location was convenient—right across from the park for walking our dog—it was not secure. One night, someone attempted to break into our car in the property’s parking lot.However, the property manager, Michelle, was very proactive and tried to fix what she could as soon as possible. I think she is the best possible asset of this outdated property.
