The room was very comfortable and clean. A nice place as a stopover driving from LA to UT along the Northern Highway 40 route. Close to downtown Williams, a very cute town with lots of shops and eateries!

I stayed at the hotel for one night. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great. Everything was spectacular, clean and convenient. I would highly recommend this place to stay if anyone is visiting around.

The stay was horrible. We checked in at 3 and they told us there would be no rooms until 4 unless. Eventually they realized they’re was clean a clean room and gave us one. We came back from polar express at like 10 and there were people and kids being loud and running around. I was in the hallway with my family and they front desk staff asked some random teenage kids we didn’t know to come tell us to keep it down. I could not believe it. We went to the front desk and the lady said people were complaining it was loud so she asked those kids to go around and tell people to be quiet. The kids felt very awkward and apologized. I can’t believe staff would ask teenagers to do their job instead of handling it on their own. Service and stay was horrible.

It was our first time stying in Williams. We chose the Comfort Inn as their rate was very reasonable. The room however could use some extra cleaning. Tub had hair in it, bed had black long hair in it and the mirror was dirty. I ended up cutting my self on a pc of glass in the bathroom as well. It was a little cut no big deal but room was not as clean as expected. Other than that customer service was great.

Excellent Stay at Comfort Inn Williams AZ Great Location & Warm Hospitality 🏔️ We had a really enjoyable stay at Comfort Inn near Grand Canyon in Williams, Arizona, right off Historic Route 66. The hotel has spacious parking all around the property, perfect for travelers and road-trippers. It’s also conveniently close to local shops, gas stations, and restaurants, making it easy to grab dinner or essentials before heading to the canyon. The lobby area is cozy and inviting, with friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere. Our room was large, clean, and well-equipped comfortable bed, strong Wi-Fi, mini fridge, microwave, and good amenities overall. The hotel offers 24/7 coffee and hot drinks, a nice touch for guests arriving late. The indoor heated pool and hot tub were great after a long day on the road. In the morning, the free breakfast was solid scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, toast, cereals, and fruit everything you’d expect from a good Comfort Inn. What really adds to the experience is the vibe of Williams town itself peaceful, full of Route 66 charm, and only about an hour’s drive to the Grand Canyon. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient hotel with good value for money. I’d definitely stay here again!

My stay at this property was extremely disappointing. The room was hot, uncomfortable, and not properly cleaned. The fridge wasn’t working, which made it difficult to store anything. The dining options were very limited, and the breakfast only offered pork as the main protein, which we do not eat, leaving us with almost no options. Overall, the experience was inconvenient, unpleasant, and far below expectations.

The hotel is overall good and the staff is very friendly. But the property is old, the bathroom is small and bathtub was not as clean. The door to the room does not seem to block any outside noise. You can literally hear the squeaking sound from the floor above.

The Hotel was very close to the Grand Canyon railway. Check in was easy. We did have trouble getting the TV to work. The ice machine was close and easy to find. The breakfast was amazing. Lots of variety. Plenty of tables to sit. We would book again.

The staff was very nice, and I really liked they had an indoor pool. The first morning I went to breakfast at 8:30 and there was barely anything left/ but the other 2 mornings the breakfast was good! I really liked that they had coffee available all day.
