The toom was TINY. It was clean though. The TV was tony and the picture was snowy. The restaurant food was good to very good. The pirtions were large as wete the prices. We were annoyed at their policy of having a reservation. The dining room was half full at best and tey made us wait 20 min.to please the computer. Same at breakfast. Kee We left at breakfadt and went to the cafeteria down the rad. It was EXCELLENT! It was cheap, clean ans empty. They served us immediately and were nice as pie.p in mind, its JANU

Location to Grand Canyon can't be beat. Breakfast in hotel dining room was excellent tho we did have a negative experience with an employee who sat next to us. They apparently had a bad break up recently and shared all of the details with those of us close by while talking on the phone. Our only issue with our room was the heater that sounded like an airplane engine whenever it came on.

Everything about our stay was excellent! From the check-in process to checking out, everything friendly, caring and professional. Room was spotless, dining hall relaxing, food was excellent! We even had a view of the Canyon at dinner! We were less than a minute walk from the hotel exit to the rim of the Canyon. I will definitely be returning with future family and friends! Highly recommend

Room did not feel well-maintained. Lamp shades dented or stained; bed skirts not fitted evenly; window opener broken. Asked for a low floor due to bad knees and no elevator, and while entire first floor was being renovated, we got a room on the top floor instead of the 2nd floor. Main carpets on stairs very dirty. Overall just feels very used and exploiting location for pricing that is way too high. Staff at front desk in the morning was uninformed about ADA shuttle to train. Host/greeter at restaurant not very friendly.
