Property recently was bought by Country Inn & Suites and is undergoing some needed updates outside but needs attention inside. The tub drain in the bathroom was clogged the toilet tank leaked on tge floor every time it was flushed so had to keep the waste basket under the edge of it and hand towels on the floor next to it. There was what looked like a few pieces of cat or dog food next to the back corner of the floor by the banity. There was a gross brown substance smeared on the inside of the door casing in the bathroom. The light switches between the beds are reversed. The bed I slept in had a fitted sheet as one of the top sheets. ThevTV remote did not work nor the replacement. The light inside the door to the room blinked on and off every several seconds. The coffee machine had not been cleaned so I had to clean the basket and where the cups are placed for filling. No sugar or stirrers & only regular coffee for one day though staying 2 days.

My stay at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Williamsburg East (Busch Gardens), VA was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The room was clean and bed was good, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. Overall, an exceptional experience—I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning!

The hotel was not at all what was advertised in photos. There was trash in the middle of the hallways. A propped up mattress outside in the garage. Bad smell. Covered parking area had construction equipment lying around and was very untidy. Pool area filthy. Very poor experience. We could not even stay one night. Cancelled reservation.

The staff was not very friendly. The carpets throughout the whole hotel were dirty. Trash cans near the elevators were full of trash the whole time we were there and it smelled bad. The room was dirty, top bed comforter looked dirty. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. The elevator smelled like Marijuana and it smelled like someone in the room next to me was smoking Marijuana well. Nothing in the room was plugged in, TV, cable box, refrigerator all not plugged in. One of the worst places I've ever started.
