The room was fine. The cleanliness was good. The staff was helpful. The problem was the noise. There seemed to be some kind of event the first night we stayed and people partied in their rooms until 3-4 am. We could not sleep. The rooms are not at all sound proofed. The second problem was the second evening when we came back to our rooms we’d been locked out. We thought okay no problem we’ll go to the lobby and get new keys. As it turns out one of the night shift people changed our reservation to “no call no show” and canceled our reservation entirely. Thankfully the person we worked with fixed it and let us into our room. And thankfully all our stuff was still there. The noise was still bad the second night but it was at least better. The breakfast was lackluster unless you were getting an omelette. The elevators hadn’t been inspected since 2022 so maybe don’t use the elevators there.
