I only ever stay at Hiltons when I travel. The mattress in my room was absolutely horrible. I awoke both mornings with hip pain to where i could barwly get out of bed. It needs replaced. Ive never had this issue at any other Hilton property. Otherwise, besides the fire alarm going off twice in the middle of the night and having to leave the room- again, twice within 90 minutes...everything else was ok.

Staff were absolutely wonderful and so kind! We loved the atmosphere! Breakfast is available with buffet and made to order. Very attentive and the dining area is beautiful and elegant with comfy places to sit to eat! We enjoyed the hot tub and pool that was open 24/7!! We also enjoyed the luxury of having the bar and being able to bring our drinks back to our room since we have a little one! We will definitely be staying here again!! Thanks for the great experience!!!

Ms. Nancy was excellent at assisting with check-in—thank you for going the extra mile to ensure our room was clean. Ms. Karen was great at the bar and ensured our dinner was hot and served in a timely manner. Ms. Delphine was the icing on the cake. She was amazing and ensured that breakfast was served and hot. Thank you to the cook and the entire staff for going the extra mile to ensure our stay was great!!! The only thing that could use improvement is the pool area. We were unable to use it because of dirty towels and trash left by the previous guest in the area from the prior day.

My family and I had an amazing trip! The staff were friendly and helpful. The service during breakfast was great. The nice lady who served us was personable and hospitable.
