You may get lost playing hide and seek, or get mesmerized by the sunsets, or observe over 100 Blue Heron nests that make their home here. Go kayaking on the Eastfork Little Miami River into Eastfork State Park. Perfect for Corporate gatherings, families, or wedding and special events accommodations. Conveniently located just off a major highway, and a short drive to many local attractions, Restaurants and Shopping.

This is a luxury living home with brand new and expensive fixtures and furniture.

Please ensure that your children are respecting the property as if it were your own home. Taking shoes off at the door, not wandering around with fruit juice or popsicles to stain the upholstery or carpeting.

Please do not move furnishings around to different rooms. If you remove small appliances, remotes, or videos to put them away, please be sure everything is put back as it was before you leave.

We ask that you not disrupt the other house located nearby and please don't borrow furnishings from other house.

If you or your children break or damage anything, please let me know.

Sidewalk chalk should be washed away before you leave.

This house has a limited occupancy of 29 people.
Violating this rule will result in a fine up to $300.

Please be sure to check out on time by 11 AM.
If you need to request an extension, I am happy to accommodate if we do not have someone coming in the same day after you.
