Arrived late. They’d already checked us in. Hotel room was clean and bathroom in good shape.

Friendly staff

The staff was extremely helpful. The pool was out of order when we visited and they arranged for us to swim at a sister hotel. Everyone was so hospitable. We would definitely stay here again.

Some parts of the hotel were 102 years old

We came at night to get settled from our long drive from Canada. They were kind and accommodating. Manager was helpful and got me and my son safe and housed for the night! Thank you so much.

Convenient location to downtown Williamsport, which was very walkable. No complaints about cleanliness or the overall comfort of the room. The only confusing thing was the fact that there were two hotels in one building, but the reception clerk at the Holiday Inn Express was very nice when she explained that we needed to go to the other part of the building for our check-in.
