The breakfast people could not keep up with the crowd that came down for breakfast. They did let us check out an hour later, so we could walk over to the ark.

The front desk staff couldn’t active the digital key. There was one gentlman worker that was so helpful to my mom and I. The facility was very nice and the room had a very good usage of space!

Ran out of toilet paper and no hand soap. Had to request hair conditioner be refilled. Backup at waffle machine… you need 2 more waffle machine so people don’t need to stand in line for 15 minutes. The machine broke one morning and more backups. We were there for 4 nights and this could speak to the fact the waffle machine is an ongoing problem.

For Ark Encounter travelers, this hotel is next door to the park's parking lot. Breakfast was included. Our room was clean. Lots of towels for everyone for a 2 Queen bedroom. We stayed in an accessible room and there's lots of space for a wheel chair, or for families with large strollers. Comfortable beds. We all slept well. No closet though if you wish to hang clothes.

Overall the stay was great. The only issue I had was with the continental breakfasts. They didn’t keep them well stocked til the end. If I got there on the later side, the remaining food options were limited.
