Everything was great with the exception of the business center, both computers as well as the printer were inoperable. Unfortunate as I needed to print out some documents and I wasnt even able to connect my laptop to the printer.

The location was ideal, close by a large highway but hidden next to a quiet neighborhood and a Hilton Hotel. The hotel was quiet and calm. I loved that. I was warm while it was super cold outside. Easy check-in and easy check-out. I felt save. It snow on Sunday evening and night but the entrance road was fine the next morning. The breakfast area was kept clean and food was up keep. Kudos to the lady employee in charge of the breakfast area. Please pass this comment to the hotel owners, Crown Towers. The night rate on Expedia was reasonable as well. I need to become a Choice Hotel Member for a better and lower night rate. Thanks all at the hotel..
