Many of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and well kept. It was difficult getting the air conditioner to stay at a good temperature for sleeping. The breakfast needs improvement.

We were locked out of our room coming back from a wedding around 10 pm. Very nice desk clerk informed us that maintenance had to be called, offsite, because the battery had stopped working on our door panel. They put us in another room to wait but we were still in our formal wedding attire. Maintenance did not come until 3 am the next morning. He still did not fix the door, just let us in and told us not to leave because we wouldn't be able to get back in. They offered another room but it was check out day for us.They comped 1/2 a night's stay. This caused us to get on the road later than planned, getting home later. Just greatly inconvenienced but staff was nice and apologetic. We should have been comped an entire night.
