The property is old and has window style HVAC that's so loud we could not sleep despite having been up more than 24h from Europe. The needs were comfortable with plenty of pillows. Bathroom showerhead was not strong enough. Breakfast was good but the only meat was pork sausage. Property is 30 minutes from PHL intl airport.

When my wife and I checked in, we were greeted by a clerk by the name of Jordan who was very nice and accommodating. We loved our room and the hotel as a whole. This is our 2nd time visiting. We will be back again.

BAD!!!Want $$$ back

This stay started out bad.Check-in around 2:30pm-2:50pm was give keycatds room 329-330 went upstair 330 was ready not 329.Went back downstairs to see how much longer they called the cleaning people(they state not sure)finally at 4:05 checked into 329 kids went swimming upon coming back room 330 very hot made everyone come to room 329 for a bit.Finally went back to pool came back to room 330 still warm but the kids were cold from the pool,finally celebrated my grandson birthday with Pizza and cupcakes,got ready for bed Around 11:30 pm my grandson is knocking on my door upset someone was trying to get in the room,go to the front desk alot of people there 3 bus loads finally got rhru the line and found out i am in the wrong rooms was supposef to be in room 229-230 the man behind the desk act like he wanted me to move,but then they stated they would take room 229-230 since so Late.My grandson and friends all came over to room 329 because they were still frightened in the morning went over to room 330 still hot. What a nightmare rude my grandson 13th birthday
