The room and bathroom were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The check-in and check-out very easy. The staff were very polite, professional and courteous. The only negative was the rooms were in need of a facelift.

It was ok. Breakfast was not worth it though; too expensive and needs more variety. Also need to put the garbage bag in the bins properly and not expect the guests to do it themselves. Customer service was just ok.

Complete Disaster Experience waste

Your team and hotel staff has cheated me . They charge me for Breakfast and it was included when I booked the hotel with your website . Their phone in the room was not working and they never enable it. They don’t have a comforter even in the room . They offer me to compensate with just few dollars for breakfast rate that I refused as I booked the hotel for breakfast included . I connect with your team and chat and no one helped me . 1 day early checked out due to terrible room service and they charge more higher tariffs . I need higher price and Breakfast back otherwise I will take some action . I will never book anything with Hotels.com or Expedia . You have cheated me and misinformed me .

A pleasant, comfortable, clean hotel. Staff were very pleasant. The hotel is a bit remote from downtown and situated on a busy highway. There isn't much of interest in the immediate vicinity so you'll need to drive a ways to most places you may want to go to. Otherwise, a good spot to stay, and reasonably good value.
