The room was great!! The staff was awesome!!! The accommodations were very clean and spacious!! The only “complaint” I have is that the bar and restaurant were only open for breakfast early and dinner after 5 o’clock! I feel like you should have an opportunity to go in and visit a bar in a restaurant hotel whatever time of day you happen to come in the door! If I want to have a cocktail at 3 or 4 in the afternoon - it is disappointing that the facilities are not open to guests!!

The best part about our stay was the front desk staff. They were patient as it was an extremely busy day, highly professional, helpful, and just an Awesome group of people who obviously love their jobs. Because of them I we will definitely be returning the next time were in that area.

The carpet was dirty with hairs. The desk phone didn’t work. I had to use my phone to call front desk for requesting hair dryer, and waiting for almost 1hr. Not enough glasses for tea. The bathroom door couldn’t close, no bathroom cups, and not enough towels for 3.

Loved the hotel - very clean, easy to find and I appreciated the coffee bar as it was chilly when we got there. We ate at the Brandywine Diner and the food was very good, great service from Dominique!

Clean room and housekeeping daily. Friendly staff, good service and quick response. Would be good to include a microwave on property in the rooms. Also the rooms didn’t have an exhaust vent system for the bathrooms. These are expected given the pricey rates of the stay. Otherwise it was good overall. Would recommend this place and would like to be back for my stay next time.

The staff were very kind. Enough space for parking but at night there were half naked women in front of the hotel smoking marijuana. The rooms were very old and insanitary. The carpet was unbearably old and dirty. They used duck tapes to hold the rips on the carpet.
