This was a very comfortable place to stay during a conference at the adjacent conference center. It has easy access to the waterfront path and a variety of good restaurants are a short walk away. The $22 daily parking fee was a surprise and may cause me to consider one of the other nearby hotels to avoid have to pay that in the future.

Fix the smoke alarm issue

The hotel was good with a drink reception, decent restaurant and great breakfast. The huge downfall was when the smoke alarm when off the first night while sleeping. It then went off the next evening and then a third time the second night.

Location, Location, Location. Walk 3 blocks and your in the heart of Front St and Market. Which is were all the Pubs/Bars, Restaurants and Shopping is. Hotel is located right on the River. Cook to Order breakfast was great.

Great Hotel

This is a modern hotel with many nice amenities. The suite is perfect for spreading out a bit, nicely appointed with just what you need. The cocktail hour we did not utilize but the breakfast offered many choices as well as made to order items and the staff was efficient and friendly.

We wanted to be on the riverfront and the setting was perfectly situated. We were basically within walking distance of the best shopping and restaurants. The staff was amazing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to the Embassy Suites In Wilmington. A great hotel, great service, and their breakfast was excellent. We also had a river view room which made the stay that much more enjoyable.

We had enjoyed this property in the past so we wanted to stay again. It was convenient to our appointment during the stay. The free breakfast was very good. We were surprised being told at check in being charged $22 a night for parking in the attached parking deck of the building. We paid the $44 for our 2 nights but it would have been nice to know this ahead of time. We were not using Valet services and the Amenities stated: Parking Private parking is available on site (reservation is not needed) and costs $30 per day. Valet parking Parking garage Accessible parking We will probably stay again in the future.
