This darling, completely renovated house is situated on a grass runway (2B6) which is a public /privately grass field. Runway is 3200'x80' and with well maintained grass. Small planes may be tied out at the house or request a hangar rental (additional). It’s quiet with minimal activity
The house is located on Cherrybend Pheasant Farm, a pheasant hunting preserve in operation since 1954. Guests may schedule to pheasant hunt from Oct.1-Mar.31st. Summer activities include sporting clays and wobble station.
We are 10 miles from the World Equestrian Center. One hour from Dayton, Columbus and Cincinnati.
