Great facility

We were in town for a medical emergency. Before the visit was over more of my family members came and we recommended they stay at the Homes2 Suites, as we did. We were all impressed. My boyfriend wanted to bring the shower doors home with him!!

In addition to the above comments, the rooms are very spacious and have a desk and sofa areas. It's very convenient as I have a relative that lives in the complex near by. The staff is super friendly. Breakfast is good. Everything is very clean. One thing I didn't like was I had reserved a room with a queen bed and was given a double bed. I did not complain, but was not happy about it.

Functional and Friendly

Positives: The location is great if you want some quick food or coffee options within very close walking distance. The people at the front desk were very friendly and they had treats available to give the dog. They also automatically put us near the back emergency exit so it would be easy for me to take the dog out. Negatives: the room was only surface clean. I had my dog with me and he found things to put in his mouth on the floor under the front of the couch or around the base of the walls. The website says rooms are soundproof; that is not the case. We could hear dogs in other rooms and noise from the hallway. Lastly, the bed and couch were very uncomfortable. Overall: this was a very functional hotel - if you have medical business for one night and just need a quick place to crash, it’s great. If you’re looking for a comfy place for a few days to take a mini-vacation, I’d look around for something different.

Sam at the front desk expertly handled a complicated reservation and continued tonadress me by name throughout ourbstay. What I didn’t like was the full size bed when we reserved a queen. As we had two separate reservations & didn't want to change rooms we kept it. Lesson: always reserve directly with the front desk.
