I have stayed here twice and will come back here again next time I travel to Wilmington. Staff extremely kind. 24/7 Freshest Coffee and tastes great. Free breakfast. Very Safe and Clean. Love all the bathroom amenities, dont have to bring and travel size toiletries. Best Value with great quality. The pool outside at night is also beautiful.

Copy from 190. It was very clean. Only thing that confused me was Figuring out Lela and tru are connected so I was confused how to get to the hotel at first. Otherwise it was very convenient shopping restaurant. And it was very close to where we had to go for a track meet. I would stay again. The staff I did encounter was polite and I liked the breakfast options they had for my kids.

Only issue was that our room made lots of unidentifiable, annoying sounds that made it hard to sleep. A few times an hour, there would be this rattling/knocking sound coming from the walls and it would repeat every few seconds over the course of 4-5 minutes, getting slower and slower until it stopped, but then it would start again after only a few minutes of peace. Because of this, it was impossible to stay asleep for longer than an hour or so each night, which made me super tired for the duration of our trip.

The manager didn’t seem to care that rooms were overbooked and no one reached out to notify me. I didn’t become aware until I called the hotel 30 mins before I arrived from hours away. He made it seem as if I was a bother to him. The staff was more considerate. Will not book with them again.

Hotel was new and well kept. A variety of breakfast options with check out at noon with very friendly staff. The location wasn’t the best, felt unsafe with many motels in the area and people walking streets.

The hotel is very nice close to almost every store you can think of. Breakfast was ok not many options at all. The property was on the fairly new side with clean rooms although rooms were a bit small but overall staff was very friendly and nice. Only other thing is the pool was closed which was very disappointing. I would book again but when pool is open. Overall the experience was good stayed 3 nights.

The property is newer, and very bright and colorful. However, everything is bare minimum basic. The room was tiny with absolutely no storage and impractical furniture. The mattress was cheap and saggy, and it had cheap polyester sheets with a duvet that lacked a duvet cover. Breakfast was bare minimum basics that ran out frequently. It was only $30 a night cheaper than the more upscale sister property next-door. The property reminds me more of a motel six and a Hilton property. Was very disappointed.

The best!

Jimmy Mc Dowell was amazing he kept the breakfast area clean and abundant despite a large Easter Sunday crowd. Plus he was personable and took ownership of satisfaction for every person having breakfast. You are very lucky to have him!!!
