The shower was stained and the toilet was not completely cleaned. There was feces on the seat. They have half pillows not full ones. Everything for breakfast was cold and they did not have real half/half for the coffee. The rooms were clean overall.

Nice property, quiet location and very clean rooms! I checked in late on New Years Eve and was put in a room next to a noisy family. Staff at the front desk were super nice about it and quickly and easy moved me to a quiet room with no issues.

This is the 2nd stay for us. We travel a 2 day trip and this location is our 1/2 way mark. The rooms are nice. Clean and the staff are friendly. They have a nice breakfast as well. This time we had a room on traffic side, you could hear traffic, that was easily fixed with some whine noise. The facility looks newly remodeled. We will stay again on our next trip.

We enjoyed our stay for the weekend to visit family. I was expecting a larger of a room for the price we paid. I believe the cost per night was a little too high for this hotel and for what you get.

This was one stop on our road trip from Massachusetts to Texas. I had booked an accessible room, as my husband was in a wheelchair when I booked. However, he's been promoted to crutches, but the accessible room was still helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom mirror had lighting that made me look like a movie star with a flawless complexion - even without my makeup. I wish I could carry that lighting with me everywhere! The breakfast left much to be desired. There were 3 cereal offerings; Cheerios, Fruit Loops, Raisin Bran. My husband was fine with that. But I like a hot breakfast. They had make-your-own pancakes - too much work for me. The only other hot option was omelettes, which were waaaay overdone. They were crispy, and I could not cut mine with the plastic knife. They had something else - rectangular shaped - that may have been a potato of some sort. I didn't try it. However, the star of the day was Kaylee (Kaleigh? Kaylie?) at the front desk. Wish I knew how to spell her name. When I checked in she was welcoming and informative. We checked into our room, and then I went back downstairs to get a wheeled cart so I could take our bags to the room. When she saw me with the cart, she went to the back door (where I had parked) and held the door open for me. She checked back a few minutes later to see if I was ready to go back inside, and held the door open again. She was extremely kind and helpful, and I really appreciated her. Great service.

Cleanliness in room bathrooms could be better. Some have mold but they are quick and happy to clean it if you bring it up to them and/or change you to a different room. Manager is really understanding and nice, as well as the rest of the staff.

The people working here, from housekeeping to front desk, were top notch. Facilities were very clean, and the room was quiet. Very convenient access to Interstate 81, and good selection of restaurants nearby.
